Miracle Miracle Goes to Eco-Products 2011

As many as 539 kids took part in the "What do you think?" at Eco-Products 2011, one of the largest environmental exhibitions in Japan, held from December 15 to 17.

The numbers of voters during this period are as follow:

A town near the sea or a river, so you can eat fresh, delicious fish: 101
A town with lots of big department stores and good shopping: 184
A town with small forests and farms, and a rich variety of plants and animals: 206
A town with historical buildings, such as old temples and churches: 48

Online voting is open until January 15. Don't forget to submit your answer!

'Miracle Miracle' Makes its Grand Opening!

We are pleased to announce the full-scale launch of a new community website to connect children around the world: Miracle Miracle -- A Place for Global Kids to Create the Future.

This website is an online community for young people around the world (mainly aged around 10 to 15 years) who want to think for themselves about the environment and society, learn from each other, communicate, and take action.

We are happy to present various exciting contents: "What do you think?" tells you how others of a similar age but who live in distant lands live, and what they think; "Ask the World" presents you an opportunity to ask others' ideas and opinions in the world; and "Miracle Report" includes marvelous stories from all over the world.

This site works in both English and Japanese. English messages are translated and posted in Japanese, and Japanese messages come out in English. Our hope is that young users of the website will be able to get past language barriers, and enjoy exchanging ideas and opinions with friends all over the world.

Please check "How to Use This Website" to see the details of the website content.

We sincerely hope that young users will learn ideas from friends around the world, gain skills in thinking for themselves, and discover that they can really communicate their ideas.
